Tapioca Pudding (Sabudana Kheer)

Ingredients:-

1 Cup – Tapioca seeds

2 Cups – Milk

1/2 Cup – Sugar

1 Tsp – Cardamom powder

Few stands of saffron (optional)

Soak the tapioca seeds for 1-2 hours with little water. Boil the milk in a pan. When it starts boiling, add sugar and cardamom powder. After few minutes add the soaked tapioca seeds. Let it cook until it becomes tender and soft. Take it off the flame and it’s ready to serve. One can serve it hot or if you like then cold also, as you wish. You can add some dry fruits as per your choice
